About Peregrine Country
A UK peregrine guide from Wellow.Land: our purpose, sources and approach to public viewing information.
A project of Wellow.Land
Peregrine Country is a project of Wellow.Land. It began as a guide to Hampshire and nearby cathedral projects and now covers selected public viewing opportunities across the UK.
The aim is simple: help you choose a place to watch, recognise what you see and avoid disturbing the birds. Our regional pages are a starting selection, not a complete register of peregrine territories.
How we choose places
We link to established public projects, reserve visitor pages and official camera operators. We distinguish an online feed from an invitation to visit. We do not publish undisclosed nest locations or promise that a bird will be present.
Sources and updates
Source links appear beside the information they support. The UK expansion was researched on 31 October 2026. Opening hours, watch sessions and camera availability can change sooner than this guide does, so the operator's current notice takes precedence.
Identification and species notes draw on the RSPB, BTO and Wildlife Trusts. We are not affiliated with those organisations or the venues listed. This is not a live sightings service.
Photograph credit
Our homepage photograph is by Christopher Watson: Peregrine Falcon, Northern Territory, Australia, via Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 3.0. It is displayed with a responsive crop. It illustrates the species, not a UK sighting.
